It is really worth to visit Prekmurje - the most eastern part of Slovenia, particularly in the summer time, where you will be able to take part in different traditional events, folk crafts and, of course, to taste the famous cuisine of the Prekmurje region.
Take a bike to Goričko and visit the castle mansion in Grad with 365 rooms; go to swim in one of the Spas with mineral water; see the old "cimprane“ houses and other attractions.
Do not miss the opportunity to enjoy one of the mills along the Mura River, take the ferry to the Prlekija side and see its natural features (old abandoned piers, oxbow lakes); visit any of the various summer events.
